The pattern people describe
It starts at the base of the skull and comes up over the back of the head, and it's worse after a long drive or a day at a screen or a night on the wrong pillow. Turning your head changes it, and it's usually on the same side every time.
If that sounds like yours, then the neck and the upper back and the muscles at the base of the skull are worth an hour of somebody's attention.
What I don't do
I don't diagnose headaches, and migraine is a medical question for the people whose job that is. What I work on is the muscle tension in the neck and upper back that often comes with them. New clients see me at the studio in Inverness first, where an hour is $79 and ninety minutes is $109, and once we've met I can come to you at home.

No. What I work on is the neck and upper back tension that often travels with them.
Should I come when I have one, or between them?
Between them, usually. Working on somebody in the middle of one is often too much, so if you wake up with a headache on the day, call me and we will move the appointment.
What about my pillow?
Ask me about it. It's the thing I end up talking about most, and changing it costs nothing.
